The client called me needing help with a Mold
Remediation problem in League City, TX. It
started when the client noticed mold growing in
two of her Kitchen cabinets. We removed the
cabinets and water tested the roof and found
the problem.
The roof vent pipe located directly above the
cabinets was not installed properly and was
causing water to drain through the wall to the
cabinets. The wall was thoroughly cleaned with
a mold cleaning agent. The drywall was
encapsulated with an oil base primer.
The client wanted pullout boxes built & installed
to improve the storage for the base cabinets.
We re-used the existing cabinet styles, doors,
and drawer fronts. The customer wanted to add
10 drawer pullouts boxes to her cabinets.
A new granite countertop was installed as well
as a new lavatory under mount sink, faucet, and
garbage disposal. My crew and I were extremely
happy with the results. She loved her new
kitchen.
Drawer pull outs were added to the cabinets to improve their storage.
Customer Feedback
GCR BUILDERS IS THE BEST!!! very professional and reasonably priced. The cabinet
guys are perfect. They built my cabinets on the spot... used real wood and no particle
board. Matched my other cabinets perfectly. They were punctual every day and always
cleaned up before they left. I was told it would take 2 weeks and they stuck with the
schedule. I’m very particular and they passed my test. THANKS, SCOTT!! I look
forward to using you in the future.
