We installed a Timberline HDZ high-definition architectural shingle by Gaf with a 150-mph wind rated shingle. The owner wanted a highly rated shingle to protect against the wind from hurricanes that regularly come into the Gulf in the Galveston area

A Gen 3 attic solar ventilation system was installed on the roof to keep the attic cooler and lower the electrical bill for the home.

Finally, the boat-dock roofing was replaced and a WP-I8 was issued after the roof was inspected by a Texas windstorm engineer.

Scott and his team did excellent work on my home. They replaced all the rotted facial boards, fixed the flashing, and sealed the chimney and roof and painted and installed new copper gutters. I recommend GCR Builders to everyone that says they need some kind of home improvement. I plan to use them again to replace the windows in my house.
