Mold was found on the studs and floor caused by the flooding.

Kitchen Remodeler in Friendswood, TX. This home that rested on the bayou flooded and took in 4’ of water from Hurricane Harvey. Everything on the ground floor of the home needed to be replaced and restored.

The drywall was installed, and the electrical outlets were replaced. We installed new cabinets and quartz countertops for the kitchen and bar area.

The island cabinets were installed with an electric stove top. The subway tile backsplash was installed to complement the countertops. New appliances were installed, and a small refrigerator was added to the bar.

The bar had a cool design that opened to service the living room and family room. We installed an engineered hardwood floating flooring with a vapor barrier and underlay padding for the concrete floors. We also installed new doors, baseboards, and trim. And primed and painted the walls, ceiling, trim and crown.
