NEW COPPER GUTTERS AND DOWNSPOUTS WERE INSTALLED

The roof was repaired, the fascia was replaced and the gutters were replaced.

Roof Installation, Roof Repairs & Gutters in Dickinson, TX. This home had water damage and rot on some of the wood fascia trim. I suggested replacing the facia trim with Hardie trim. To replace the old wood fascia trim, we had to remove three rows of shingles plus the drip edge for the entire perimeter of the roof.

A synthetic felt was installed under the shingles for the entire perimeter of the roof. The shingles are hand nailed using six nails per shingle. One row of starter shingles and two rows of architectural shingles were installed around the perimeter of the eves and gables of the roof.

We resealed the pipe jack flashing, the fireplace flashing and repaired the ridge vent. The roof was inspected by a Windstorm Engineer and a WP-I8 was issued for the work.

A windstorm engineer approved and supplied a WP-I8 for the project.
